How to turn off annoying "Keep going" messages

Is there a way to stop the childish and annoying "Keep going" messages?  I have disabled everything I can see in Notifications settings. Yet still, they come, alerting me to my progress about "Zone minutes" (whatever those are -- and trust me, don't want to know)
