I accidentally pressed "cancel" and lost my sleep statistics for today. Can I 'undo' my actions and get the records back?

@Judi45 You're welcome.
Syncing is a one way affair, from your Fitbit device to the Fitbit app on your phone to the Fitbit servers. So, after having deleted that sleep data on your Charge 5, the next synchronization has deleted those data from within in Fitbit app and on Fitbit's servers as deleting any record by the users is considered an intentional action.
Sorry to say, but that sleep record is gone.

@Judi45 Welcome to the Fitbit community!
If you've accidentally deleted any recorded data on your Charge 5 before having synced it with the Fitbit app on your phone, I'm sorry to say that these data are gone as there is no way to restore it.

Thank you. However I had synced it with the phone and I accidentally deleted it from the phone. Is there any way to restore it?
