I tried to return my Charge 5 as it does not work, I live in Canada and they sent me a label that was only good in the USA, poor service. I spoke toi a suppose supervisor Daniel that was no help, very rude, would not let me tell him my side of the issue, only quoted company policy, poor service

Has anyone here personally compared the accuracy of the Sense vs the Charge 5 on the features they have in common? Steps, sleep, heart rate, etc.
I realize Sense has more features but Charge 5 gets good reviews for its accuracy. I want to know if Sense sacrifices any of that accuracy with the basics in order to squeeze in more features. Hoping to hear from users who have used both.

I have. In my experience, they are virtually the same as far as accuracy. I loved the Sense and its features, but ended up selling it and switching to the Charge 5 because the Sense was just too big for my slender wrist. The Charge 5 does not count floors, which was a fun feature with the Sense but I was willing to give that up for the smaller size of the Charge 5.
I had no problems with my Sense, and have had none with my Charge 5 either.

Thank you, @stellafred, that's exactly what I wanted to know.
I used 'floors' as a goal with my Charge 3 and was very disappointed to learn the altimeter was dropped from the Charge 5. I was ready to jump to a different brand but the Sense is on sale for under $200 now which seems pretty reasonable, even though I didn't really want a smartwatch. I just didn't want to buy one only to discover its emphasis is on the smartwatch features at the expense of fitness tracking accuracy. Sounds like that's not the case, and the size looks OK for me so I'm going to get the Sense. I appreciate your reply.
