I can't contact anyone about my charge 5 not holding a charge

Last week, I found a phone number and called support about my charge 5 not holding a charge. They said they've expedited my claim but to call back this week if I haven't heard back. I haven't heard back and I went to call and I can't even find a phone number this time. The only option for me, it appears, to see how my claim is progressing and inquire about their decision is through this forum... I've spent a long time just to be able to pay this and I'm starting to get concerned that Fitbit is not going to live up to their warranty promises. Please help. I want to be able to use my charge 5 again soon...
