I can't download the ECG app in my Charge 5

Thanks for sharing these details about the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if your country or residence is currently listed here? Keep in mind the ECG feature is not currently available in all countries, since this feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use.
