I'm trying to find exercise shortcuts and I'll show you what my Android Phone App looks like.
Can someone please help me? Also, I paid for premium but I can't put up a profile avatar, or "timeline" photo??
Thank you for any help. I think my app is different, but the version number is 4.10.fitbit mobile

@G0ldengirl52 That is not the Fitbit app. You are using the wrong app.

@G0ldengirl52 Your screenshot is the Fitness Band - Fitness Tracker app, not the Fitbit app. I know that @JohnnyRow gave you a link to the Charge 5 manual in a different post. There is a section in the manual that will help you with your Exercise Shortcuts.
Here's a shout out to @alexthecat, who recognized your screenshot.

@G0ldengirl52 I use an iPhone but this is the app you should use for your Charge 5. And if you paid $25 for a premium membership with the other app, you should dispute it with your credit card company for fraud.

This is how it looks on the Google Play Store.
You need to download this app and delete the other one.

I can't thank you all enough, I had downloaded the wrong app, but the right app also. I don't know why, or how I did that. I already have the right app, as you've shown me, but it wasn't that one I moved it's icon to my homescreen on phone. It just has a running man on blue background.
Ok, I'll start from scratch, and delete the wrong app. I am so hoping the Fitbit works for me because I also wanted to do that firmware update, if you all agree I shouold? My watch came out 3 years ago, I bought it refurbished. My Premium membership I bought for 24.99 was when I registering, and setting up an account with Fitbit on my PC where I found you all on "community".
I am sorry I wasn't able to get back to you earlier, GG
----
I do have the manual, online from Johnny, but it of course didn't match of with the wrong app I was using 😉
----
No, I got my membership through Google, because I logged in through Google. I was using my desktop PC to get hooked up with Fitbit.com/account/register etc.
----
Before I do complete setup again, I need to ask if most of you sign in using google, or just have the Fitbit login? If I've already signed into Google with username etc., then I doubt I can change it, and still keep that Premium lifetime membership?
----
Omg, I joined a premium membership for that app. I'm sorry, I was so confused, that's my only excuse. So I can live without the 25 dollars. I did send a "support" notice to Google Play so maybe I'll get that back. I don't like the idea of 79 dollars a year though. I think I may go for the free version until I know if I'll use the app enough. I see everything I've done wrong now, so I'll get it setup and try using it today although after 5 wonderfully dry but cold days, now it's warmed up and raining so all I can try it with is my resistance band videos 😉

@G0ldengirl52 I don't think you need to do a complete setup again. I think you just need to delete that other app. Just use the Fitbit app. If you are a very new user (since summer 2023) then you have a Google account. Google accounts were required for all new users since summer 2023. I don't know what to say about that lifetime Premium membership. Some of the other Fitbit Product Experts and I had a lengthy, behind the scenes discussion about your situation and how to help you. None of us have ever heard about a lifetime Premium membership.
Now getting back to your original question. You can find your Exercise Shortcuts by tapping on the devices/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app, then tap on your Charge 5 tile. Look for the Exercise Shortcuts option. Your Charge 5 comes fully loaded with some of the most common shortcuts. You need to remove one to add a different one.

@G0ldengirl52 I don't think the Premium Lifetime membership you bought is with the actual Fitbit app. I am almost 100% certain Fitbit does not have a "lifetime premium" membership. If I'm being honest, I think you were scammed. Here is the Fitbit Premium website and I only see a monthly option for $9.99/month, but I believe there is a yearly option through the app store as well.

Yes, I was wrong, it did come through the wrong app, Fitness Tracker, I did send a request, maybe they'll refund me maybe not, not going to worry about that 😉
I sure appreciate you were all helping me, I feel very welcome here. I am working on navigating the watch now, and I did find it pretty easy, I don't think I need the phone app at all for some things but that's another bridge I'll cross when i get there,
As always, thanks so much, GG PS I remember reading about the 5 original "shortcuts" and to add one you have to remove one. I do have the Manual downloaded on my desktop and things should be matching up with the correct App I now am using 😉 GG

Yes Heather 🙂 I see that now, and will just use the free membership for now. I wasn't scammed I don't think, I just had the wrong app downloaded and that's how the Free Membership popped up for 24.99 for the Fitness Tracker in Google Play Store I'd accidentaly got myself into😏
Thanks for all your help, GG

@G0ldengirl52 What I mean is, is that app is likely a scam to get people to pay for this "lifetime premium" that doesn't exist. Reading some of the reviews of that app, it looks like many people have gotten it confused for Fitbit and they are probably hoping people will pay that $25 fee and not realize it's not Ftibit until it's too late.

Ok, I see, and it wouldn't surprise me to see something like that. I'll see if Google Play even writes me back, I'll let you know in case anyone else gets confused like I did. My app is working great, and I added both my aerobic, and walking just on the free app, pretty happy with this so far 😉 thank so much, GG

@G0ldengirl52 if you entered credit card info when you were signing up for the fake app, you may want to let the bank know that your card has been compromised. The reviews in Google Play Store are full of things like this:
That fake app seems very shady!
