I have a fitbit Charge 5 and I have been running over 10 minutes for months now. Why can't I get a single number cardio fitness score?
I had a fitbit Alta, and upgraded to the charge 5 with GPS just for this feature.
Will fitbit support weigh in and tell me if I am doing something wrong? Or explain the algorithm so I understand what's happening?
I run with GPS. I have tired the built-in GPS, Phone GPS, and Dynamic GPS settings. I do notice that the range has been improving.
The documentation says I should see a single number score after several runs on flat surface lasting over 10 minutes.
For the last few months I have been running 3-5 times a week and all are over 10 minutes. For the last 3 weeks I have been running 2 miles, which takes over 26 minutes. My route is flat. I am slow, but I am consistent. I don't stop while running. I wear my fitbit all the time, except when charging.
Below is todays run. I have been doing this run for several weeks. It's level and takes about 27 minutes. Below that is my fitness score, which I don't think should be this good.
