I Fitbit is up-to-date. But I can’t install apps from the website

I appreciate the information that you've shared about this issue with your Charge 5. 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details about this problem? Where exactly are you trying to download the apps from? Are you getting any specific error message? 

In the meantime, please make sure to follow the recommendations in this article to install and manage apps on your Fitbit device.
