My Fitbit is charged, no damage to the screen but I can't see anything

You can try to restart using the button on the charger cable, press 3 times as described in this post.
If that doesn't work, you can try contacting support.
How old is the device? Is it still under warranty?

My screen has been going off/on since Saturday… app still working and still counting steps tried all the “fixes” listed here

The screen went blank a couple of days ago.
I’ve tried the fix.. pressing the button on the charger 3 times etc. But no joy.
this is very strange.
It is still recording my steps and vibrating when notifications come in on my phone.
the screen is black.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I’ve only had it for 13 months.
