Hi,

I can’t swipe My charge 5 screen.

I already did re-start at multiple times and also changed clock skin in several times. However it did not work so far.

 

How can I fix this problem?

I really appreciate your help!!!

Hello .... This happened to me too. I reached out to the help desk on the Web site and they emailed me an easy replacement form to complete.  Just got my replacement today.
