Hi,
on 09/07 I contacted the fitbit support team via chat. I got a case number and the message they would check if I can get a replacement, as my fitbit is only since 05/2023. Since then; more than 2 weeks, I don't get any update, and when trying to contact them via Chat for an update, I only get "case in treatment" - "We are still working on a support case for you." Anyone who had the same? Does Fitbit have a phone number that can be contacted? (from Belgium)
