I'm trying to change my food settings from the customized to sedentary options. There is no gear option for me like the instructions say... I've read the instructions like 10 times ands can't figure it out. The food option makes no sense to me. It is 9:22AM, I had 220 calories 30 min ago and it shows "220 in -- 490 out, 220 Cal over for the day" On the main menu on the app it says "220 calories in, 497 calories left" and on the website dashboard it says "Under 220 vs 494." So basically when I click on the food tab on the app it says something completely different and unreasonable... How can I be over when all I've eaten is 220 cal? Last night it said I was over like 150 calories and this morning it shows yesterday I was in range... so the time based thing is odd and unhelpful for me...
Also, how does it determine if I've "earned" more? From the exercise log, or from the Zone Minutes? Because that also seems off.
This is driving me nuts... I don't like seeing that I'm "over," when I'm not... not good for me mentally and confusing...

So I found the option on the website, and it is actually set to sedentary without me putting it there...? So new question is why is the estimate low in the morning rather than the sedentary option for the day? I'd like to know what Fitbit deems my daily sedentary caloric intake. AND why is it different on the menu vs dashboard online and tab in the app? That still stands...
