I have read the various threads about the heart rate monitor problems. I have a relatively new Charge 5. The heart rate monitor I feel has never been as accurate as past models, and I have had a number of them. Today's spinning never had me in peak, although I manually took a reading twice during the session and it was at least 15 BPM off. I have reset, numerous times (also to fix other problems) uninstalled and installed the App, cleaned, worn exactly as recommended, with a Fitbit band. This model seems really glitchy. Tech support is of no help, as you can tell they are reading from a prewritten script. I'm out of ideas if anybody else has had any luck fixing this problem.
