I can’t believe how unreliable this tracker is! I never had this many problems with the Charge 3 and 4. It was clearly released too quickly and before all these annoying glitches and issues were resolved. I’ve had to contact Fitbit customer service and reset my device so many times now as it doesn’t track properly that I’m seriously thinking of moving to another provider. It’s such a shame as I love this device but it just isn’t reliable enough.
