At 6:30 this evening after charging my Fitbit it suddenly read 11:38 as the time and showed the steps and calories from earlier this morning. I reset the Fitbit and the time corrected but all my data from 11:38 this morning until 6:30 this evening is gone!

Check if data is there on fitbit.com dashboard.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Don't know why just steps would be missing, but fitbit.com dashboard generally accurately shows what is on the fitbit database when there might be a display problem on phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
