I'm not in USA, I'm in United Kingdom. Wallet and Update.

Hi,  I've been trying to add a card to my wallet but it comes up with banks only in America.  I'm not in America I'm in England but my setting are for USA. Every time I try to change it back to United Kingdom it won't work and automatically reverts back to USA. Any ideas please? Also my last update was May 2023, is that correct?

Hi, @Streaky23, welcome to the community. You do not mention where you are trying to change the USA allocation to the UK. Try using the online dashboard >settings wheel in the top right>settings>move down the page to ensure your "Country" is set to the UK>Language is set to English UK>time zone London>SUBMIT.

If you are still experiencing difficulties please post here again. Your UK bank options will be -

Banks:

•  bunq (Mastercard)
•  Curve (Mastercard)
•  Danske Bank (Mastercard)
•  Fineco (Visa)
•  PFS (Mastercard)
•  Revolut
•  Santander
•  Starling Bank (Mastercard)
•  TransferWise (Mastercard)

Not a great selection, if your bank is not listed I can tell you I opened an account with "Starling" and do not regret it.

Hi,

Thanks for the email. I have that set already, but when I try to set up my
wallet the only banks it lists are in America. The ones you listed in
England didn't include mine, so I'll leave it for now. Thanks again.

Also has there been an update since May when mine was last updated?

Hi, @Streaky23, the app has recently been updated to 3.9 (or 4) with major changes to the appearance and "Today" screen - much wailing & gnashing of teeth on  The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out! - Page 3 - Fitbit Community. I do not think the Charge 5 SW has been updated since 194.61.
