I moved my Charge 5 data to Google and it's a disaster.  I followed the instructions to move my Fitbit data to Google using my existing Google account.  It does show up when I log into the internet version of my Fitbit account, but it's gone from my phone app altogether.  More concerning is that I have no options to view my data on the app?  I really liked having my historical data on my Fitbit app.  Do I need to configure my Charge 5 in the app again, since it's not even showing as a registered device.  My goal with all of this was to move my data to the Apple Health App to support a sleep apnea technology that uses Apple Health, but not Fitbit.   What a pain this is.  ANy help would be appreciated.

I can't help you but would like some answers also. My exercises have all changed. Missing the ones I used and replaced with some I don't want. I can't figure out how to get the old settings back. I am quite frustrated. I hope it is temporary and they put a fix in place soon.

For 24 hours after I made the transfer to Google account, my fitbit did very little.

Did count steps but not sync, not charge, not restart. Today it has charged and reset and is now syncing with the phone app.

Looking forward to checking things out on my dashboard on the computer. Hoping to add "Pickleball" as a form of exercise.
