Latest fitbit update with the Charge 5 has created too many problems. I have just spent a week hanging out with a friend who has the Galaxy Fit2 and they haven't experienced any issues with their device even after updates.
Since the latest upgrade Fitbit app crashes when trying to share workout info. Charge 5 GPS stops working for bike rides... I have contacted support and not received any feedback for these issues.
I have contacted Fitbit support to see if I could downgrade my firmware to the prior version which wasn't have issues and was flatly told no can do.
At this point I might just change to a different fitness tracker rather than continue to miss workout info and spend my energy troubleshooting the issues for fitbit.
