Heart rate sensor problems.  A few weeks ago I was having problems with the sensor not working and so were a few others.  I just remembered a couple of other things the tech suggested when I spoke with her.  If u have change bands.  Go back to original and see if that helps.  All band are not made to work with heart sensor.  If u never change bands, remove your band and clean it.  It could be so dirty not letting heart sensor work correctly.  Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the steps that worked for you with the problem you mentioned with the heart rate sensor, @SunsetRunner.
