Hello folks, my charge 5 is completely unresponsive since yesterday. It started having some screen problem, the illumination switched on brightess level by its own, than this morning it stopped working. I've connected the charger and tried the hard reset with the button on cable without success. It is still connected to the phone, I can see it is fully charged and transmits all the data (steps, sleeping, etc). I think the screen is gone
