Hi All,
I am a long time user of Fitbit - and have been on the Charge 5 for awhile. I recently got a new charge 6 but when trying to set up my device, I got caught in a loop that was saying i should move my account to google - proceed? or "maybe later" the maybe later wouldn't let me go forward with a setup.
Has anyone else encountered this? MUST I move my account to Google? What advantage is there in doing that? I don't wanna 😞

Based on what I've read, upgrading to a new Fitbit device now requires using a Google account. Otherwise, you get stuck in the loop where you can't finish the setup.
