In the pool for an hour and now screen is black and can't get back on- tried it all

 

I have followed all help on forums, fitbit and youtube suggestions but still it wont come alive.

 

In my account here on your site it says it did sync an hour ago although I have beentrying to get it show the screen for over 2 hours. I did notice that there is no vibrate not any lights on or flashing on the back.

 

I have had it 13 months so just out of warranty.  It happened to the first one and I paid to get a new one but will not do that anymore.

 

Suggestions please..

The officeworks web site shows a 2 year warranty. I’m in Australia, hopefully it’s the same where you are.

Thank you, we bought this at JBHIFi and just checked your 2 years is correct. Whew.. Thought we'd done another few hundred with Fitbit.

Appreciate the help.

I'll try Support first in case they can get it back although we have tried everything suggested on the net and still dead.
