Insanely high Heart Rate spikes while sitting at the computer (or sometimes resting)

I've seen many similar posts so I apologize if this is redundant. I have had a Charge 5 for about 18 months now, and I've had multiple occasions where my Charge 5 will suddenly spike to insane heart rate levels while I am either gaming while sitting at a computer, or sometimes just resting/laying down. I haven't seen this occur during the day except on very rare occasions, and not even always when I'm exercising. My typical heart rate while gaming is 80ish bpm normally.

That being said, I spoke with my Cardiologist and now I'm on beta blockers due to him actually catching some rare bouts of SVT. I'm mentioning this because the fitbit spikes occur anyway, even now.

I've seen all-too-frequently my Charge 5 suddenly registering out-of-the-blue values like 180+ bpm etc. while I'm sitting at the computer and gaming. This freaks me out and has no doubt caused me to have PTSD from earlier occurrences. I have a medical-grade EKG reader that I take readings from as soon as I notice these spikes, and my heart rates are always normal. I don't feel any different so I'm inclined to believe the Charge 5 is just possessed. Then, I started to wonder if maybe there's something like frantic keystrokes or super active hands on keyboard could trigger this. Maybe sometimes rapid movement during exercise (liek boxing) would artificially spike the reading too. Has anyone else seen their fitbit just "go off" like this? I can't be the only one...

I was just walking today and my charge 5 registered 175 bpm. Checking my separate medic grade EKG, it was 66 bpm. What gives. Perhaps the charge 5 is just trash now.
