Installing apps on Charge 5

Hello, 

 

I just got my Charge 5 today and while perusing the app library I found a few interesting ones that under 'devices' list the Charge 5. Fo example the 'Relax' app has '12 devices', between which the Charge 5 is listed, but then when I go install it does nothing and under 'Labels' it says not available. Can I not download apps in the Charge 5 then? How do I find ones that are downloadable? Or is there an issue with my device/app?

Sorry, but the only apps available  for Charge 5 are the one that come already installed.

Other apps are just for "smart watches"; i.e. Versa series, Sense, and Ionic.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Ok so why not put that "All apps for charge 5 are all installed" under the product information.

Hello @Rube86 and welcome to the Community.  Please vote for and leave a comment on this Feature Suggestion.   I don't use a Charge 5, but it doesn't look like it is available at this time.
