Irregular rhythm notifications not showing. Page just grey.

Hey.

I am unable to access my Irregular Rhythm Notifications. Wherever I try to access it - Via the "Heart Rate" page, within the "You" page etc. All I am presented with is a grey page with no content apart from the "Done" button.

I'm using a Charge 5 on IOS 16.3.1

I'm in the UK so the function is available in the region.
