It would be great if they did. It was the only reason I upgraded to the Charge5 from Charge4. 

 

Very deceptive marketing.

I understand where you're coming from and I'm happy to share with you that the ECG app is now available to install on your tracker. You can use this app in Australia and to find more details, I'd suggest reviewing this help article. Your feedback is truly appreciated and I hope you enjoy the experience with this new addition.
