Is Fitbit Support completely broken?

I sent my Charge 5 in for warranty replacement. After multiple chats with support, I finally received the 'pebble' even though I had returned the entire Charge 5 in the original box, then after a while longer and more chats I finally received a charger, but still no bands. I don't think I'll ever receive the band and the support people seem to be pretty clueless and helpless to do anything. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar problem and if anyone has a suggestion.
