I'm not sure about syncing it "mapmyride". However, charge 5 will track and display your rate data in a graph on the computer app. You can see the heart rate zones, as well as the moment by moment readings. The heart rate map matches up to the route map and elevation change and other data graphs, allowing you to see how your heart rate was responding at each portion of your ride. The same applies for walking, jogging, or hiking. Use the "bike" setting and wait to hit "start" after it shows that the GPS is connected. After the ride, sync your phone app then refresh the dashboard on your computer. The ride should then appear in the "recent exercise" tile. Clicking on it there will bring up the detailed graphs.

@Ross33 Fitbit devices don't support broadcasting HR or any other real-time form of sharing it.

@DarylEby and @t.parker Hi there. Thank you for the information shared.

@Ross33 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

As described by previous users, heart rate data won't transfer to MapMyRide. However, if both accounts are linked, Fitbit will transfer distance and calories to MapMyRide.

Hope this helps.
