I've had my charge 5 a week, it's been worn 24/7 and its not tracking my heartrate consistently. It's not tracking my sleep, and its not recongnising my workouts, though it did manage to autotrack a busy day at work on my feet as a swim?? I have no readiness score and no health metrics. This was meant to be an upgrade from my charge 2 and I'm pretty disappointed. I've been on to customer service twice, restarted my device 3 times, checked the battery, made sure its syncing and I'm wearing it properly and I'm still not getting consistent data. So do I have a faulty device? Or is this the best I can get from it?

There seems to be a general issue.
I have tried everything they offer as solutions, but nothing is working, except a short lived synchronisation.
I cannot believe Fitbit is not able to return the software to what it was last week, when everybody was happy with the features.
