I am see ECG app available in hongkong ,
but I start phone App is not availablle.
my device is Charge5 ECG APP installed.
Fitbit app version :3.5

Hi, thank you for your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature, @andyrun.
As you mentioned earlier, I was able to verify that the ECG feature should be available for Hong Kong. Could you please confirm if you already received the last firmware update?
Keep in mind that in order to see the ECG information in the app, you'll need to tap on "Discover" > Then scroll down and tap on "Assessment & Reports" > You should then see the Heart Rhythm Assessment option to check your information.

Let me know if you're currently located in Hong Kong and if you have it set as your location in the Fitbit app settings and in your phone.
Before considering other options, please try to set up your Charge 5 in your account again as a new device following these steps. If you still don't see the feature available, please try the following steps as well:

@andyrun Thank you for sharing these updates.
That might by the reason why you didn't receive the update, since it's possible that the software has detected that you live in a territory that is not on the list of countries that support ECG feature.
If you're back in Hong Kong, I recommend that you try the steps mentioned here earlier or let me know if you already tried them. I saw a few users that were able to resolve in this way.
