Is there a way to customize the "Ice Cream" clock face on Charge 5?

I like the "Ice cream" clock face, but I need the " steps" to be displaying "heart rate". I do not need to know my steps, I need to know my current heart rate, always on, even when screen goes dim on always on setting. (With some programming background, this should be possible with not much effort)

Hello @Cyclist408 and welcome to the Help forum.  Many users are unhappy with the Charge 5 clock face options.  I never looked closely at the Ice Cream clock face before.  I don't like the intentionally blurry design.  But I can see that it isn't interactive at all.  There are a few Charge 5 clock face requests in the Feature Suggestion forum.  You should search that forum and see if you can add on to an existing thread.  Fitbit doesn't seem to be inclined to make significant changes or additions to its tracker clock face choices.  You can make a request.  I just don't see it going anywhere.

With respect to your always on request, my experience tells me that an always on display will only show the time.  It seems like it is done for battery saving reasons.  Also, unlikely to change.
