Hi, is it possible to hide active zone minutes? I regularly get 1-5 minutes several tines a night just waking up and walking to the bathroom. And ten to twenty while washing dishes. Have been assured that my heart is ok but am getting a bit paranoid about seeing the AZM rising while not exercising!
Can’t see how to hide or remove from a clock face so i don’t see them every time i look at the time.
Thanks,
Deirdre

Hello @Deirdre784
It's not uncommon to get AZM doing normal activities. I often get AZM doing dishes, while cooking, and doing laundry. It might help to understand what are AZM & how your Fitbit tracks them (<-- click link). AZM is not just for exercising.
There isn't a way to hide the AZM data in your Charge 5 clock face. What you can do is select a different clock face that doesn't show the AZM data. You'll still see the AZM data when you swipe up, but it won't show on the clock face. Here's the link if you would like instructions on how to change the clock face (<-- click link)

Thanks RiekoC, i have found how to hide them on the app on my phone which is something, and have tried most of the clock faces, especially those which only focus on one thing (i select heart rate) but i find it often moves through the others. I know azm happens without exercise but i am regularly getting sixty to one hundred azm a day without leaving the house, which is a bit unnerving.

Hi @Deirdre784
I'm glad to see that you figured out how to hide the AZM data in the Fitbit app.
By any chance, are you somewhat active at home? I saw you mentioned getting AZM while doing dishes (I get those, too). Do you do housecleaning and other home chores on a regular basis? If so, that means you're getting credit for being active and that's good for your cardio health.

Hi again Rieko, sadly i’m not able to do much at home - have had knee problems for 30 years, both now replaced - so no vacuuming, beds etc, but do what i can. I wake up 5 or 6 times most nights, sometimes with a HR of around a hundred and thirty beats and 3-5 AZMs, though they don’t usually appear in the chart. Getting twenty to thirty AZMs overnight is a bit unsettling, but the changes to my clock face and the app, so the AZMs are not so visible, is helping 😀

Hi again @Deirdre784
Thank you for sharing the additional information. I can relate to your knee problems, having osteoarthritis in both knees. Mine isn't bad enough yet to require knee replacement.
I have a better understanding now why getting so many AZM is unsettling to you and know you'll keep working with your healthcare provider to make sure that you maintain good cardio health.
