When exercising (walking) I am notified when I enter fat burning or cardio zones. This is useful but they hang around way too long.  I cannot see my step count or mileage when these are displayed.

Is there anyway to turn these off or reduce the duration?.

Assuming you are using the Exercise App, after selecting Walk, swipe up to Heart Zone Notifications and turn off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
