Can anyone help, my Fitbit charge 5 , won’t sync, won’t update and is showing the wrong date and time. I’ve tried restarting, turning off Bluetooth, closing and reopening the app, don’t know what to try next.

Hi @Footsie looks like you only have one issue. Your. Charge 5 isn't syncing., once it syncs, everything else will be fixed.

Steps that work for me. 

  • Stop the app, do this through the phone settings. 
  • Check for fitbit app updates 
  • Turn off/on the bluetooth
  • Restart phone, better to shutdown the phone. 
  • Clear the fitbit app cache.
