It makes my wrist feel tingly?

Just got one and am super happy. It’s a charge 5, but on the loosest setting it still feels tingly. My entire thumb can slide in Bethesda but when I tried it on a tighter setting it dig into my wrist and both way the inside of my arm feels tingly. I don’t know why but it feels wrong.
