Don’t throw out your perfectly good device even though it seems like it’s broken. It’s not a hardware problem, but a software/app update one.

 

How can everyone’s device go BAD all at once? I hope Google is aware of this, and I think they may be because my Charge 5 has been coming back in fits and starts. The screen came on again, then the battery started working again, then they didn’t and then did. I’m hoping they’ll straighten it out soon. I’m not buying another FitBit if they don’t.
