Just here to say my Charge 5 has also Stopped working.

It was working fine until yesterday until it started to vibrate for 10 min and died. I’ve done the 3 button restart. I’ve found that clock face change worked, but he battery drains with in the hour. It’s weird because my Fitbit says it’s still in 188.58. Can’t update to 194.61.

Sorry to see you're having troubles with your Charge 5.

If I understand your post correctly, you were able to get your device working again. However, the battery is not holding a charge and depletes very quickly. 

When my Charge 5 started losing battery power very quickly, I did multiple restarts and recharged my device over several days. It finally got "unstuck" and the battery was back to lasting 6-7 days. Hopefully, you will have a similar positive experience. 

BTW, my Charge 5 is on the same firmware version as yours.

Thanks for the reply, hopefully after a couple of days it will resolve itself. I’ve already got the same response as everyone else and got a 35% discount. They somehow checked my device and said “the battery had incorrect behavior.”  It’s just weird that everyone’s Fitbit started to act out at the same time.
