Just moved, how to get ECG feature?

Hi, I split my time between Thailand and Australia, I bought the Charge 5 in Thailand and have been using it for a bit, now I'm back in Australia where the ECG feature is available, how do I get the ECG app? I've already set the location to Australia in "App Setting" > "select location", but I still can't see the ECG app in the list of available apps.

Hello @BC997 

 

It should automatically turn up in your Apps Gallery after you tap Charge 5 in the App on your phone.

 

If it hasn't appeared yet, it might be worth restarting your tracker from the Settings on the Charge 5, checking that the App is the latest version, and then syncing.  Hopefully it should turn up soon.

 

I'm just attaching a link which has lots of sections so you can double-check where to find it and how to use it.
