I would try restarting your Charge 5. You will not lose any data doing a restart. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. If the problem persist try changing your clock face using the Fitbit App.

I’m really sorry restarting or changing the clock face failed to fix the problem. I’d recommend contacting Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. Hopefully they can get things sorted out for you quickly.
