The new firmware version will be available worldwide (including Korea), but keep in mind it's being rolled out progressively and not everyone will receive it at the exact same time. You can find more information about how to update in this thread.
You'll be able to proceed with the update until you see the red banner in the Fitbit app indicating that a new version is available is available for you.
