Hello,
When using my charge 5, upon clicking the heart rate tab in the Fitbit app, It presents me with 'no measurements' I've tried resetting the app and Fitbit itself but still shows me nothing. ( I own a Samsung S8 if relevant)
I find the heart rate quite insightful, and a dominant factor contributing to my purchase. I hope this will be solved.

I face the same issue. Chatted with support staff who asked me to restart and it did not help. I notice the green light at the back is not flickering. The only time it flickers is when I go to settings and click heart rate on or off. It is fairly erratic.

Brand new charge 5. Same issue. Tried clearing cache, restarting phone and device, no luck. But I can see the trends in the web dashboard, so I know it's working, just not showing up in the app.

This is the latest problem with my Charge 5. In addition to the bluetooth connectivity failures, synch failures and failure to record sleep, it now fails to measure heart rate. I restarted the fitbit and that seems to have resolved the issue for now. Buggy!!
