What is the avg life span of Charge 5. I started having issues with it yesterday. Draining completely and not tracking data. Then I set it to charge. Also wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth. So then I changed to google account. Lost all my previous data. This all just sucks.

Mine died after 2 years. Fitbit support is no help. My next watch will not be a Fitbit nor Google.

@Annmial1 have you tried restarting your Charge 5 a few times? (Click here for instructions) Sometimes that helps.

To answer your question, my Fitbits last 2 to 3 years before I start seeing degradation of battery performance.
