Now I am retired, I want to make full use of my charge 5, but problem is, there is a limit of only 6 exercise routines, there are others in the big list of 20 that I would like to use. Could Fitbit not let use add some of these as well?

Hi, @NavPar , you can swap these in and out as often as you like - it’s simply that you can only have six available to you on your wrist at any one time.  So, for example, if you are planning to play golf and go swimming on the weekend, but you won’t be doing any interval training or hiking for a few days, go to your app, remove intervals and hiking from your watch and add in golf and swimming.  All you need to do then is sync your Charge 5 (check that it really does sync) and you will find your chosen exercises available to you.  Another day you can remove golf and add in biking - or whatever.  Just remember that if you have 6 exercises chosen already then you will need to (temporarily) remove one before you can add a new one.

I hope this makes sense!  If you need help adding or subtracting exercises in the app, just let us know which operating system (Android or iOS) you use and someone will be able to help.

Thank you very much Julia, I realise now that you can opt in and out of an exercise routine. This is very helpful. I am also hoping that any data collected on that exercise is recorded and kept for next time. Thanks

@NavPar , yes, it definitely will be.  Once you have tracked an activity and synced it to your app it will form part of your data, whether or not that particular activity is currently available on your Fitbit.
