Live Heart Rate - New September 23 App Update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Our Fitbit app updated to the new Fitbit app version on September 26, 2023. We monitor our son’s live heart rate as it assists us in monitoring his seizures.
We can’t see the live heart rate; it only shows the range, for example, 59 to 140 bpm. This is not helpful for us at all.
Kindly advise if there is a way to see it again - Ive checked all the options and cant see any options.

Hello & welcome @Amiek_56

Since I don't have the redesigned app yet, hopefully someone else can provide you help with your question.

In the meantime, you might want to consider changing the clock face to one that shows real time heart rate. I know the Runliner clock face has heart rate on the main display. I think Slashed is the other clock face that has real time heart rate on the main display.

Thank you for the feedback - I chatted to a live Fitbit agent and he confirmed that there is an issue with the new app not showing the live heart rate - They are working to fix it and it will hopefully be available with the next update.

We have a clock face that shows the live heart rate but I monitor my son for seizure on his Fitbit app and it wont be convenient that I check it on his watch during the night.
