Hi - is this the way it's supposed to be or it appears to be double tracking my workouts...
I'll start a video, follow the trainer when they say dont forget to start your workout on your fitbit, complete workout, I'll end the workout on my fitbit and I'll also then log the workout session from the video on my mobile.
Should I be tracking/logging both ways or just one?
1) I'm not sure which workout is from the watch vs mobile, but you can see from this image the different sessions I've tracked and all of the data is slightly different from each (start time, minutes, cal, zone min, etc..). The 3 min and 4 min workout were the same one, the 12 min and 13 min were the same, etc...
2) Plus when I then reference the Duration chart, it would appear to be double counting my workouts. Like did I really do almost 190 min 2 weekends ago? On Saturdays I do do a longer workout (ranges between 1-2 hours), Sunday is my off day, so you can see the really long line (3 of them are my Saturdays). On average my Mon-Fri workouts are 40min long, plus time tracked for dog walks.
Just seems like when I log a workout via mobile and track it on the fitbit that it double counts it.
