strangely lost clock face on charge 5. Tried all the Help instructions, still not working.

I don't understand what that means. Is the screen completely blank where the clock face would be? But can you still navigate to other screen normally and come back to that screen as usual, but there is just nothing there? Have you tried changing clock faces through the phone app?

Do you have any screens or nothing? I have nothing but vibration and battery that wears down extremely fast?

it seems that the blank clock or blank screen issue is a real problem that is experienced by a lot of people. many ( including me ) have done all of the resets and changing clock faces to no avail. and have then contacted fitbit and they are replacing them ( or not ) but maybe something is defective in the manufacturing process and they really need to look at this and either refund or replace everyone with this problem. while customer service has been good it is frustrating that no one has been able to elevate this above the entry level customer service reps. many of us have been long time loyal customers and spent lots of money on fitbit products we should be able to get more than a replacement 8-10 business days AFTER the warehouse gets our defective device back.
