Hi

ive misplaced my charge 5 somewhere at home. It’s syncing but I can’t find it. I’ve Downloaded something called light blue- but just comes up with numbers etc. any help please ?

If the Charge 5 is syncing it means that it's around 10 feet from your location. I assume that you read this and have an Iphone as a mobile device, right?

What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?

 

The numbers you see on the Light Blue app are showing you the strength of the Bluetooth signal. 

 As you get closer, the value will get less negative and, within a certain range, the more of the signal bars will turn blue.
