Last night, went to sleep after 9 o’clock when I got up this morning at 545 noticed there was screen was blank on my Fitbit charge five. Put the charge five on the charger and so a time display again. Lost all data from last night after 9 o’clock through 6 o’clock this morning no stats at all.

If your Charge 5 died during the night, that would explain why your sleep data was lost. Nevertheless, note that you can enter these details manually. Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
