Low Battery Warning - no longer getting email or app notification

My husband & I both have Charge 5s and neither of us are getting app notifications (one on iPhone and one Android) or emails warning that our battery is low.  Has this feature been removed?

The low battery notification is still in the updated app. To confirm that the notification is turned on:

• Tap on your picture/icon in the upper right of the Today page (updated app)
• Tap Fitbit settings in the pop up menu
• Tap on Notifications
• Confirm Low Battery notification is toggled on in Push Notifications. Scroll up and confirm Low Battery notification is toggled on Email Notifications

I am still getting the emails, to my Google about now but I am also no linger receiving the push notifications when it's low.
