My Charge 5 has been experiencing a lot of errors the last two weeks, and every solution I have tried wont work.
First, my Charge 5’s screen went black. I couldn’t see the time or track my exercise. I could still sync it and charge it completely fine.
This week, my Charge 5 died basically everyday, when it’s battery life lasted up to a week. It also stopped syncing entirely. Today, my charger won’t work at all.
What do I d?! I’ve only had it since December 22nd of 2022. I don’t want to have to buy another one 😞

Sorry to see you're having so many issues with your Charge 5.
The first troubleshooting step is to try to restart your Fitbit using the charging cable that came with your device. Click here for detailed instructions: How to restart Charge 5
Another troubleshooting step is to try changing the clock face. Sometimes doing this will get your Fitbit "unstuck". If this is successful, you can change the clock face back to the one you prefer. Click here for instructions on: How to change the Charge 5 clock face
It may take several tries changing the clock face and/or restarting the Charge 5.
If these don't work, then I suggest you contact Fitbit support. When I had to contact them because my 6 month old Charge 5 screen became non-responsive, they walked me through the same troubleshooting steps that I already tried. When they confirmed that the troubleshooting didn't return my device back to normal operation, it was still under warranty, and that I purchased from an authorized seller, they sent me an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different Fitbit. I chose the replacement. So far, it's working great.
